Here’s the meal plan for this week. It’s a cold week, so we decided to do mostly crock pot meals.
Week 1 (Nov 11 – 16)
Sun – Pork Loin
Mon – Crockpot Cheesy Chicken & Rice
Tue – Chili
Wed – Crockpot Orange Chicken (with Rice)
Thur – Chicken Alfredo Tortellini
Fri – Leftovers
Notes: It was a good week. Since we’re breaking out of a no meal plan rut, the kids loved most of the meals. Especially the Chicken Alfred Tortellini. We ended up with a LOT of leftovers. If we do more than one crockpot meal in a week, we really need to find a way to morph the meal into something else.
