Meal Plan
Sunday:
- Smoked tri-tip with roasted vegetables and garlic bread
Monday:
- Grilled chicken and vegetable skewers with a side of quinoa salad
Tuesday:
- Taco Tuesday! Ground beef or turkey tacos with all the fixings (lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, etc.)
Wednesday:
- Chili & Rice with a side of cornbread
Thursday:
- Spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread
Friday:
- Homemade pizza night! Each family member can customize their own individual pizza with various toppings
Saturday:
- Chicken enchiladas with green sauce and a side of Mexican rice and beans
Shopping List
Produce:
- Tri-tip (3-4 lbs)
- Assorted vegetables for skewers (such as bell peppers, onions, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
- Salad greens (for side salads)
- Potatoes
- Corn on the cob (5-6 ears)
- Garlic
- Parsley
- Mint
- Green onions
- Limes
- Tomatoes
- Lettuce
Meat/Protein:
- Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- Ground beef or turkey
- Meatballs

Dairy:
- Shredded cheese (for tacos and spaghetti)

- Mozzarella cheese (for homemade pizza)
