Meal Plan

Sunday:

  • Smoked tri-tip with roasted vegetables and garlic bread

Monday:

  • Grilled chicken and vegetable skewers with a side of quinoa salad

Tuesday:

  • Taco Tuesday! Ground beef or turkey tacos with all the fixings (lettuce, cheese, salsa, sour cream, etc.)

Wednesday:

  • Chili & Rice with a side of cornbread

Thursday:

  • Spaghetti with meatballs and garlic bread

Friday:

  • Homemade pizza night! Each family member can customize their own individual pizza with various toppings

Saturday:

  • Chicken enchiladas with green sauce and a side of Mexican rice and beans

Shopping List

Produce:

  • Tri-tip (3-4 lbs)
  • Assorted vegetables for skewers (such as bell peppers, onions, zucchini, cherry tomatoes, etc.)
  • Salad greens (for side salads)
  • Potatoes
  • Corn on the cob (5-6 ears)
  • Garlic
  • Parsley
  • Mint
  • Green onions
  • Limes
  • Tomatoes
  • Lettuce

Meat/Protein:

  • Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Ground beef or turkey
