The Keys to Fast Growth
Originally planning to Law school, Jackson joined his family’s company after graduating early and was not prepared for Law school yet. After working ample time in the company, Jackson fell in love with insurance. He then spent all his energy on the expansion plans of the company. With 20 years of being in the industry, Rollo Insurance Group prides itself on the principle of God, Family, and Country. This principle is the core and culture passed on and instilled in each employee and partner. When people do things for God and their families, they naturally give their best. These best efforts exerted by each employee and partner are keys to the company’s growth. These contribute to the economy and improvement of the country. The employees also know that they are working for a family business and they are part of that family.
