Right Treatment
In the food service industry, the goal is to satisfy customers not only through food but also through their experience. Being great at dealing with people will eventually pay off, and Carter Enterprises is the living proof. James grew up in a small hamburger shop in Madisonville, and there he enjoyed making and cooking hamburgers with his parents. That became his first business after graduating college, then 50 years after, it grew to what it is now. Besides his hamburger shop, James also expanded with Pizza Hut and Subway franchises. James’ secret for their success is giving people the right service for the value they paid for. He also seeks out improvement for a better customer experience. Constant quality control made the Carters flourish in the business, and it only shows that what you reap is what you sow.
